RemiDe Manifesto

This is not about opportunity. It’s about responsibility.

We’ve spent over a decade in the trenches of innovations & fintech — not watching from afar, but building. From the early days of crypto to the slow burn of remittance innovation, we’ve tried to thread something meaningful between the financial centers of Europe, the US, the UK… and the countries below the equator - places no one talks about. Every time we sat across from European investors or institutional leaders, we heard the same line: “Isn’t mobile money and cross-border remittance solved?” It’s not. And here’s why.

The World Bank and the G20 set a target to reduce global remittance fees below 3% by 2030—but today, we stand at double that figure. Despite billions poured into fintech innovations, the world collectively continues to fail this critical milestone.

A nurse in Zimbabwe, working shifts in South Africa, tries to send home $200 and loses 20% before it even crosses the border. A tuk‑tuk driver in Manila gives away 12% of his wage just to get paid. Families in Nigeria, in Honduras, in Sri Lanka — the ones who need money the most — are forced to hand over 10, 20, sometimes 40 percent of it just to move it. These aren’t “inefficiencies.” They’re engineered barriers. And they steal futures.

Meanwhile, hundreds of new, regulated stable-coin wallets have launched since 2023. Almost none of them can speak to each other. Not because they’re bad products — but because they’re trapped. On islands.

We don’t need more islands. We need a mainland. The world is shifting. Regulation is no longer a shadow — it’s here, visible, real. MiCA in Europe. Clarity in the U.S. The Travel Rule being adopted in 100+ countries. Stablecoins are no longer experimental. They’re being recognized — finally — by the highest economic authorities on earth as legitimate financial infrastructure.

And yet, even with this clarity, the path remains broken. Compliance is fragmented. Integrations are slow. Negotiating bilateral routes across emerging markets is a nightmare even for the biggest players.

That’s why we built RemiDe. Licensed, regulated router for money — a DNS for stablecoins. One API connects wallets, banks, exchanges, and remittance firms. Transfers happen instantly. Travel Rule packets are embedded by default. No manual lookups. No central custody. No extra corridor licenses. USDT on Tron — today. USDC via CCTP — next. Multi‑stablecoin routing — on the way.

It’s compliant. It’s transparent. It’s infrastructure that works. And it doesn’t take months to integrate.

This isn’t about chasing crypto gains or dancing around regulation. This is about restoring dignity. To people who have always done everything right — but still pay the highest price. To builders in emerging markets trying to serve their communities without drowning in paperwork. To institutions that want to help, but can’t afford to negotiate with a thousand fragmented wallets.

We are not here to replace anyone. We are here to connect everyone. From local wallets to major PSPs and Banks. From compliant DeFi players to old‑world banks waking up to new-world responsibility. The time for isolation is over. What we build now will define access for the next decade.

So here’s our ask: If you’re reading this and you’re in a position to move capital, open corridors, build rails — do it. Not because it’s profitable. But because every month of delay means more fees, more friction, more families left behind.

RemiDe is ready. And so are the markets. Let’s build the mainland.

Because money should empower — not exploit.
